I've been trying to send messages to people who I'm not friends with on facebook, but they never see the message, I was wondering.. What could be the reason? Is it a setting that I have done?? I can't figure out which one it is

if you chat a one person, he/she show your message nobody show that message.

They don't want your message in their Inbox may happen they have blocked you .
