It means that they are online from their mobile or they are using Facebook Messenger
1d = 1 Day
15m = 15 Mins
7h = 7 Hours
It shows the last time that contact was active or online.

The last time they were online or when they posted the video/picture or wrote something.

it shows they are online by using a mobile phone app. they are still able to recieve and send messages and use the normal features of facebook and get notifications.
