Why is facebook freezing my computer? - Camas - 08-17-2013 02:26 PM
Ok so it's not actually my computer, but my mother lent me her computer for a day and when I opened Facebook it worked fine on her account. So being a good son I logged her out so I could check my own, but the second that it logged out, her computer froze. Ever since then any time Facebook is opened the entire computer freezes and the only way to fix it is to force shutdown the computer. Help please.
All other websites work fine as far as I know. And this is the first time it has happened.

Use proper Antivirus. Nowadays malware found in pc stops FACEBOOK pages

It sounds like you have been selected by FaceBook to try out their new Beta software - FreezeBook.
I'm surprised that you didn't like it. It's great once you get used to it - you no longer have to whore your personal data to a giant corporation.
