If someone uploads an image of me that I don't like, is it illegal for them to keep it online if I ask them to take it down?
Is there anything in the Facebook terms and conditions that say anything about it?

Once a picture is on the net somewhere it will pretty much stay on the net forever somewhere or other. Just be very careful what you put in there.

Suppose you were walking down the street an i took a picture of you, if i put it on any site, there is nothing you can do about it.
