i think its 3 or 4 times before facebook block you from changing your name i know i got blocked and had to stick with an old name and i could not change it back to my own name which meant i had to shut down the account

no, you cannot add symbols to your facebook name - facebook expects you to always use your real name
and the limit to changing your name is 3 times
