So, this guy wants to add me on facebook and he's not even near whee I live and so he kept on adding me so I told him "idk you so I'm not gonna except you" then he replied "screw you then" and I was like "wtheck did I do" an he went "slut" then he blocked me. Why did he do this? I he just being mean or?

He's being a jerk! Forget him and block him from your Facebook. He has no right to go on insulting people out of no where.

ha ha, sounds like he thinks he is god's gift to women.you are well rid of him. people like that, you don't need in your life. they only think of them self and no one else. block and forget him
