someone has sent me a friend request and then immediately he has canceled it. I am wondering if there is any way to look at his profile.

There isn't a way to see that!
The only form is that you hack or access his fcbk account and see all the activities or may be hack is computer for Browser history

Ya there is a way.. When someone visite your profile and click '' Add Friend '' then it show '' Friend Request Sent ''
After that if that person want to cancel that friend request.. He/she have to visite your profile and at the buttom of your profile there will be an option '' Cancel Friend Request ''
by click that option he/she can cancel his/her request..

No, there is no way to see that. A soon as you got the request you would seen who it was.
