I want to deactivate my Facebook because there is a lot of crap on it and make a new one. If I deactivate it, will I be able to use the same email I used before to make a new Facebook account, or will I have to use a different email?

No you have to use another email.

It depends on how you use facebook and your intentions to delete it or not.

Well, if you use the same email to make a new Facebook, you'll end up re-activating your old account, so you will have to make a new email, to start a new account..
