There is no real way of knowing if the hacker didn't leave anything for you to tell. The best thing to do if you think you have is to run a virus scan and change your password, and save the password if its on a pc and pasword protect your log in with a different password so a keylogger can't retrive your password.

Any hacker will hack for a reason. My suggestion is that most hackers tend to put up pictures on your account and say really awful comments about the picture and of course your friends you have on Facebook. This is actually just one of the major changes they make to your account they can write awful messages they can completely change your profile I can't recommend any way to prevent hackers from hacking into your accounts because I'm not really that kind of intelligent person-hope this helped☻
