no, facebook doesnt have a way of searching like that

Yes their is. If you type there name into the search bar then press enter it will take you to a different page. When it takes you to a new page, look to the left side of the page and click "People". It will then take you to another page. Under the search bar there will be a box thats says location. Type in there location.
