This guy I liked said to my face that he wants to go out with me. He said his phone dont work and that he wants me to contact him on facebook by sending him a message. Is this good or bad??

its a matter of opinion...
if you like live interaction with the person then tell him to get a freakin working phone if he wants to talk to you...
if your into the cyber thing then facebook away
either on wont hurt you but if you want to build a relationship with said person then id start with facebook and just keep hinting at a phone call
