Date one: yes/no
Crush on one: yes/no
What are these? And how do I get a name?

You have to like that person's status and they'll give you a name... let's say "Joshua"
I got the name: Joshua
then answer the rest

I they comment a name on the status then you get the name and answer the questions about that certain person. Then you post the answers on your wall.
