Firstly you would need to ask people on Facebook, we cant just give you names to harass and beg for help.
It may sound harsh but its perfectly true we simply cant give you contacts here for Facebook you would need to search Facebook itself.

the world doesnt really work like that - no one is going to just teach you everything about web design if you are starting with no knowledge at all
you will need to pay to go to school to learn how to do web design

Trust me you don't need anyone to learn a new skill. Go to online tutorials, watch and learn. In 20 hours(yes, 20 hours) of focused learning, you'll be astounded by the skills you have in this field.
Start learning HTML and CSS from W3 http://www.w3schools.com
Then after getting a hang of it, start using Tuts+ webdesign.tutsplus.com
If you like watching videos, then I would suggest thenewboston http://www.youtube.com/user/thenewboston/
