If you click on your own timeline you can see "friends" on left and they are arranged by how many times you visited their profile page... How can I delete or reset this

no, it's not based on that one simple thing
it has to do with what you have in common with them, and how often you interact with them, not how many times you view their profile or how often they view your profile, and there is no way to delete or reset it
also, keep in mind that when someone else looks at your timeline, they see a different set of top friends than you see
