1.)Go to Facebook.
2.)Click the padlock sign at the top right of your Facebook page.
3.)Click "How do I stop someone from bothering me?".
4.)Click "View All Blocked Users".
5.)Click "Unblock" next to the name of the person you want to unblock.

In your Facebook ID, click on the gear icon (adjacent to the lock icon) on the top right corner of the screen. Select account settings, in the page that follows click on blocking (left hand side of screen). you will see blocked people under 'block users'. Unblock your friend from there.

To unblock a friend on facebook simply open the facebook account. Right side of the account there is a icon (setting icon).
Click on that setting icon - One drop down list will be open - than after Click on account setting.
You will see many options would be available on the left side of the page.
There will be option named "Blocking" click on it.
Now you can view the page of manage blocking.
2nd option in that page "Block Users" there displays the name of the users whom you have been block, side by side there is also an option to unblock after each name.
Click on that "Unblock" option and there will open a box which will ask you for confirmation to unblock that person again.
Click on Confirm and the person is unblock.

Go to your Facebook account, then
select> privacy account
Select> blocking
select> block user & type their name who you can unblock your friend.

At first you go you Facebook account
Then go to setting
>privacy account
>blocking
>block user & type their name who you can unblock your friend.

Open your menu bar (where you can search do things, and go to your groups), and go down towards the bottom and click on "Privacy Settings". Go down to the bottom and choose Edit Your Blocked List. Then, remove the person from that list.
