I am getting my friends response to a page in FB.I am not following her i have get notifications option checked.How not to get updates from people??Do my friends see what i am posting on different pages??If so how can i get rid of it??

just go on your friends and which friend you don't want notification just unpicked the "show in news feeds" and you never get his or her notification
