No, those things don't work, but you can go 'like' game pages like the sims & FarmVille & ask people on those pages to add you for the games & get a ton of friends that way.

first off, why would you want a bunch of random people added to your profile? that just leads to getting hacked and spammed
unless you are breaking the rules by trying to create a fake account, which is against the rules, and facebook will be able to detect you doing this, and will suspend your account for breaking the rules

to be true..first of all add a place where u live then you will get a suggestion add about 20-30 of them ..then leave for half hour and come back change the place and add agin 30-40 friends..and the last BUT EFFECTIVE METHOD IS go to group named add me the group are made of people who add unknown people so just post add me and see your friends grown..if you like this answer then plz follow me here http://earnlikesfast.blogspot.in/ follow me her
