Some person have hacked my close friend's id? I recover it by changing the password of facebook and gmail.
He doesn't want to use facebook more. If i deactivate the id then there can be chances of hacking again.
So plz. Suggest any way for it.

To Turn off the Facebook Permanently you Have to Delete it Permanently you Can Do That With This Link
https://www.facebook.com/help/delete_account
Once you Click on Delete my Account Do Not Login for 14 Days and it will be Deleted
