Basically I deactivated my account two weeks back and reactivated it on Saturday. My followers are still 0 and also my followings too. I also deactivated it on Monday then few minutes later reactivated it again to see if that helps but it didn't. I also tried to add few of my mates but they keep disappearing from my account. I have also tried to contact twitter support on Monday but they still haven't responded to me. I have no idea what to do please help?

Just make a new one, you might as well i you have no followers

As per Twitter it can take 24 hours to see old stats.

You need to be patient. When you tweet try and be descriptive, include where you are so people can find you. Try and be topical and interesting.
When you have a new account everyone assumes you are spam when you have 0 followers and a small number of tweets.
Your mates are probably just messing with you.
