Whenever I try to upload a photo it always says "take the tour" and something about new privacy features. I click on "take the tour" and it takes me to a page with all recently uploaded posts by other people in full screen. What's going on and how do I upload the photo?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I had problems and it worked for me
