I was managing my page and I need more admins, but every time I go to add one it keeps saying that the person needs to like my page already or be my friend, the person I'm trying to add is already my friend, and they liked the page. The facebook help page didn't help any, so can somebody please help me out?

You must be the manager or Page creator to add admins into the page.
