If someone logs onto my twitter account will it text me and notify me? I have a stalker currently who likes to login to my accounts and I'm wondering if it'll text me and notify me that someone has logged into my account, and if it so. Does it give the IP or location?

No, It will not text you about that, only twitter admins and the police have access to the IP addresses.

Twitter wont text you about log in details. Secure your account by login verification, Twitter will send a code to your phone that you'll need to access your account.
Go to setting >> check the Account security option (you need verify your phone)
