Because I have mine on and I don't get an email when I Iog in from the app

If that's the phone you usually use I don't think it works. Try enabling it.

You can turn it on, so it will notify you. I use the app. But I have it turned off, not to notify me. But if you are logged onto the app. and you don't log off. and you get back on it. It will not notify you. Only if you log off every time. Or another device is used to log onto your account.
