I want to make a friend list of people in my area nearest radius(i.e near 100mile of my location)..

it says in the above link "Look for an option to adjust the list settings (ex: Pick Age Range or Edit Radius)
Pick your own list restrictions (ex: friends living within 20 miles of San Francisco)" ; I DO not see an option to adjust list settings/restrictions can someone please help? thank u

that only works if the people are already on your friends list
it will not help you locate strangers, since that would be a violation of facebook's terms and conditions
