Try searching based off of your location or their location. Most searches are already based on that but also try searching for the work place with the name. oh and also do it on the computer rather than a smartphone. The computer will yield more results if you click see all results

In ur SEARCH on ur facebook type in there name...U will find them IF they arnt on privacy setting....so people can look them up ,peace out

If you know their email IDs you can use Facebook friend finder.
