someone reported my account,and now fb wants to confirm if its me or pretending to be someone else,i have allot of unknown friends on it, its my original profile,but when ever security check happens to identify my friends i dont know them with their pics and names, so it dont allows me to open my fb account, and i dont have another way to open it,i havent given phone number too
what should i do to get my account back.

You can ask a friend of yours to open his account and go to your profile/timeline and check the friend list.. At the same time you should login from different computer/mobile phone/browser.. Then match the photo of your unknown friend to clear the security checking. I guess that there are no other options for you. Good luck!
