I can not access my account and variant identification from photographs is disabled friends and I forgot the security question

if you cant even remember your own security question, then apparently it was not a very good security question
there is no way around this
either you remember it or you dont, and if you cant answer the question, you cannot access your account

If you forgot the security question you will be able to just get a code from facebook to your email. From that code you will be able to access your account. Try it.
