If you tag someone on photo the photo will appear in their notifications. Mostly people do other if that person is in the photo or if you want that person rough get a notification of your post.

Tag Means you Identify People Inside a Post or Photo So Lets Say im In a Photo And You Tag Me on the Photo People Can See By the Tag Where i am in the Photo
