maybe facebook suspended that option for you because you were abusing it somehow

I think it's just a technical problem, maybe one day you made too many requests of this kind ....

Its Possible Facebook Blocked you From Liking Pages Maybe Try Back Late if the Problem Persists Please Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Report the Problem to them
