I can not access my account and variant identification from photographs is disabled friends and I forgot the security question
Can I contact Facebook support and ask if I can solve my problem.

Actually, its been blocked by one of the user you've been involved with...
might be someone you've requested as to add as friend, ...
so wait for a few days, normally within 2-3 days, it will be fine....

there is no way to contact a human at facebook
it is most likely your account was suspended for breaking the rules, like lying about your age, or your name, or creating more than one account, or spamming, advertising, trolling... all the things you should know better than to do
facebook rules are very strict
