does that mean they wont be able to see ANY of your activity AT ALL?? What you like, comment, post etc.. and are they gonna be able to see you on chat?

Nope but If you tagged him/her on a post they can see it. Until and unless you don't tag them, they won't be able to see it.

If You Add Anyone In Your Restrict List Then That Person Cant See Your Photos, Post Etc. But That Person Can See That What Uou Liked, Comment But Can't See That Thing Which You Shared Etc. Just Post All Post In Friends, Your Friends Can See But Restricted Once Cant See That, Hope I Helped You

If you block them then they can't see you at all. They won't know that you even have a Facebook anymore. So, they will not see your name or anything including you.

they will only be able to see posts you make public
