Is there are anyway to remove the facebook email address? - Cherub Charlotte - 08-25-2013 06:26 AM I do not mean the email address that we use to log in to facebook. I mean the address from facebook. for example, misssmith@facebook.com , Is it possible to change this address to be other name? I don't like that some people that I do not want them to know who I am, can see my name on that address. I did try many times to change it, but doesn't work. I even hide it from the timeline, but when I click preview in the vision of the other people, I still can see that people can see it when they click on my profile. - Sreedev Sharma - 08-25-2013 06:40 AM Hi, Yes, of course you can change your (@)Facebook email address by changing your Facebook username. It can be done by, 1. Go to 'Account Settings' 2. Look for the setting Username and click Edit to the far right (General section) 3.Once you changed your username, your Facebook email will change to it (new_username@facebook.com) If you want to hide your email address from your profile, 1. Go to your profile 2. Click 'Update Info.' 3. Click the Edit button in the 'Contact Info' box 4. Under “Emails”, click the little circle icon that corresponds to your @Facebook.com e-mail address and set it to “Hidden from Timeline”. That's it! Hope this helps! (:
