I was just wondering if you set your account on private and somebody that doesn't follow you tweets you, can you see the tweet?
They aren't blocked, they haven't requested to follow. Just wondering...

Yes, Tweeting or Re tweeting can be easily viewed by anyone who has an account on Twitter.
