You will need to install a keylogger on the target's computer where he/she logs in on Facebook. You can also trick the target into installing the keylogger himself/herself but that requires a lot of planning. For more information on keyloggers look it up on Google

You can make a fb app that will take the username and password from user. If the user click in that app then you can easily hack ones fb account.
