It changes from sent from web to sent from messenger to sent mobile???

It is possible that he changes the device he sends messages from. Like that first he sends you a message from web, than, for some reason, he closes the browser and replies you from messenger. After that, he may go to the bathroom and send you messages from mobile phone.
Or it can be just a bug. :-D

He is probably uses different devices, like sending from his computer and then replying using his mobile.
