Why can't I find myself on facebook, by email? - Destiny - 08-25-2013 08:33 PM
Even after changing the privacy settings and updating everything to "Public" (including my email), I still can't find myself? I've tried logging into a second account and searching, but nothing. Is this or has this happened to anyone else?
I gave someone that I'll most likely never see again my email to search me but it's pointless if this is happening
Lol I'm afraid that if they don't end up finding me, they won't think outside the box and simply use my email to send me a message stating that they can't find me. It was also dumb on my part to not get their info. -_-Any help would be appreciated.

It may take a few days for your settings to actually change on your profile. I've had the opposite happen where I changed everything to private, logged into a different account, but could still find myself. It went away after a day or two when my settings kicked in. If it doesn't change in 3 days, I'd contact Facebook.
