I want to download dog pictures from a page on facebook that is public for anyone to see, but im not sure if it is copyrighted?

Like this lady wants to breed a new breed of dog and i want to download them to share a picture on yahoo groups but im not sure if it illegal to click download picture

'' i don't get why Facebook has the option for download picture . isn't their such thing as Copyrights?

Downloading things that were posted by the copyright owners is completely legal; that's the whole point of posting them on a website. You have what is called an "implied license for private, personal viewing."

Uploading them anywhere else is completely illegal unless you have a license. Uploading is considered an unauthorized reproduction, distribution and public performance, all of which require licenses from the copyright owners.
