Basically I created my fb account at the age of tweleve, and since I had to be thirteen and over, I made my birthday 1995. I want to change my birthday back to 1998, but I need to contact facebook first to do that. I know the facebook staff deletes your facebook if your under 13 now, but would they still if your 14 now, but when you created facebook you were 12?

No, they would not. Facebook only logs the current and important information inside of their databases. As far as anyone in the Facebook team knows, you are how old you say you are. I had a similar issue too, when Facebook changed it's age policy; and they told me that there was no problem with that.

if that happens just make another account
but make sure to write down all your friends so you don't forget one
