I Tried Doing The Update On The General Settings Then go To Facebook And Update It But It Won't Grab All Facebook Contacts Only Gets Like 18 Out Of 208 !!!! I Need Help Because Those Were All My Contacts With Numbers Help !!!

You not only entrusted YOUR personal information to FB, but you gave it your contacts' data too.
Delete your FB account, and start over.
