it depends on what country you live in, but in the USA, yes, those count

Yes it dose. any contact with that person at all is a violation. I had a restrining order put on me after a domestic dispute I had with my wife after I found out she was cheating on me. even though she had moved out I still wasent even allowed back in my own house until her things were gone. They really dont play around with these restrining orders. Dont even risk it. Dont even think about it. Its your ass if you do.
