This 'is feeling' thing is not on my Facebook and i really want it, can anyone please help me how to get it or install it.

u cant just get it, it comes with the latest FB timeline, mine hasnt been updated yet

I don't think it's available on phones or tablets yet, but when the next app update comes out it will be , however if your on a computer, go to update your status and there should be a smiley face there. Click on the smiley face and then it will let you choose from is feeling, is eating, is listening to ...etc. and you can choose the option!
