I can't think of what exactly you meant by that. You either DO deactivate someones account or you DON'T. It's just one click. If he finds out, that's up to you. I mean, it's clear that if you're at this persons house and she goes away for a second, comes back and wants to login to facebook and it doesn't work anymore, you are going to be the main suspect. It all depends on your behaviour.

If you deactivate account it doesn't deactivate permanently. When they log in it will say your account has been re-activated, you will be the prime suspect.
