It gives me a notification that says I have a new follower and I click my notifications but it doesn't show any new followers and my followers go up .. But it doesn't show who the person is .
How do I fix it ?

What Mite Be happening is the Instagram App May Be Making some Errors And its Possible you may only Have 5 Followers
Edit I Just Saw One of your Other Questions Sounds Like Instagram is Having Some Errors Nothing you Can Do Really But Be Patient and Wait For Instagram to Fix the Problem Its on There End

@bruce, you are literally copying answers from other questions word for word, they don't even apply to some questions, therefore not making any sense, like the answer you provided for this question for instance.
On topic: Maybe you could try a site like statigram? I haven't personally used it but it might help.
