2.try logging into Facebook from a device you've logged in with before. ((~~ I moved to another country. I didn't bring my PC~~))

yeah but I have to skip these steps..because I don't know magic..No way... At least tell me how to contact FB..

You Need To Do One of those Things in order to Regain Access to your Account Facebook Will Not let you Skip This

When you log in you need to either step 1 or step 2. You need to take these steps to continue otherwise facebook will not let you access your account.
