I've been trying to and i can't find a way. There.are show in that list I.ve never watched or heard of....

Simple
go to settings now click on apps, there will come apps you have installed along wid pages so remove whatever you want to remove as there is option
click on tv show you want to remove , after clicking there will come app i.e. Tv show details along with remove application
just remove and be happy

You basically delete TV shows by pressing on the correlating buttons on your FB profile, and FB will prompt you to delete these TV show buttons. Choose "delete" and the TV show names will disappear unless you choose to put it back up again.
