I downloaded a video from Facebook last month and I forgot who's page I downloaded it from, when I went to properties the file name " 721789_506429922751664_1766478398_n " popped up and I was wondering is there anyway way I can enter this code on to some website and they'll show me the link of the video ?

Unlikely. You could try googling it to see what you get, but ... probably not, as most of this kind of content wouldn't be indexed.
