i dont know where i messed up but now if someone posts anything on my timeline it is only visible to me ...please tell me how to change setting to public

Click on gear symbol at top right and select "Account Settings"
Go to "Timeline and Tagging" in left column.
There in second row "Who can see things on my timeline?" will be there.
There you can set "Who can see posts you've been tagged in on your timeline?" and "Who can see what others post on your timeline?" as public/friends...!
