some person used to send me
emails, stalk me, harras me.
Keeps a track of which sites i
visit. Long process, have
tracked actual ip add. but how
to get to the actual location of
this person?

You can't get this person's actual location. The IP Address is where his ISP server is located. It's in the vicinity of where the person lives, but you won't know exactly where he is.
Also, he may be using a proxy server, which will change his IP Address to be just about anywhere.
