Go to their name and there is a scroll down menu. Hit unblock.

Log onto your account
Go to privacy settings
Find Blocking
Your friends name should is listed on [Block users]
Click Unblock you'll have to wait 48 hours before you can talk again

More info: after you Unblock your friend , you have to send him a request in order to be Friends
