I just made my instagram like 2 days ago and I can't follow ppl anymore at the beginning I could then now every time I follow someone it goes green and says I'm following someone and then seconds later it goes blue and it's not because I follow too many ppl at the same time because I only have 34 followers and I'm only following 19 so I don't know ahhh please help thanks for any answers!

refresh the app. close and reopen it. if you still cant try going on their website to follow others
